Polychrome Waves

In Polychrome Waves, I propose a visual transcription of electronic signals through a network of RGB sinusoids (red, green, blue), evoking the fundamental structure of the digital image. These waves, stretched and subtly perceptible, intertwine to generate new shades through chromatic fusion.
This work reverses my usual visual language. Where I often represent the digital universe as dense, unstable, and saturated, I offer here a calmer reading. The image becomes a contemplative digital landscape, inviting a sensitive and meditative experience of the signal.
The visual is entirely generated by programming (Processing) as a video, in order to preserve the dynamism of the colored waves. The gradual movement of the red, green, and blue components produces a fluid interaction, giving rise to a polychromy in constant evolution.
A still image was then extracted from this sequence and exported through the same algorithmic process to form the printed work.
The source video was presented alongside the print during the collective exhibition "// Summer" at Galerie Parallèle (Reims, July 2025), allowing the temporal and generative dimension of the work to be restored.
